Sponsor. The Audien Hearing "National Wellness Month Free Lifetime Supply of Hearing Wellness Products" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Budget Hearing Aids LLC dba Audien Hearing (the "Sponsor"), 7350 E Evans Rd, Bldg B100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-3127.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period. Begins August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM MST and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM MST.

How to Enter (choose one):

  • Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each qualifying purchase made on AudienHearing.com.
  • Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Audien Hearing Sweepstakes Entry, 7350 E Evans Rd, Bldg B100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-3127. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 14th to be eligible. Each mailed entry counts as one (1) entry. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.

Entry Limits. Participants may receive multiple entries through qualifying purchases. Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) per person per envelope.

Prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a "Lifetime Supply" of Audien Hearing wellness products defined as:

  • 1 backup pair of hearing aids (same model currently worn by winner)
  • 72 domes (size and style of winner's choice)
  • 156 wax guards
  • 2 pairs of Audien Shields
  • 1 washer
  • 2 replacement chargers
  • 3 bottles of Ear Relief Drops
  • 3 bottles of Clarity

Approximate retail value: $1,235. Actual value may be lower depending on the hearing aid model the winner currently wears. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to product availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or around September 15th. The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond by October 1st, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions. The winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law. Failure to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Publicity Release. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

Winner List. To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Audien Hearing Sweepstakes Winner Request, 7350 E Evans Rd, Bldg B100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-3127. Requests must be received within 60 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
