Sponsor: Audien Hearing ("Audien"), Scottsdale, AZ.

1. Promotion Overview

Audien is inviting Veterans within its customer community to share their personal experience with Audien hearing aids through a video testimonial. The first fifty (50) eligible participants who submit a qualifying video testimonial in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will receive a $50 gift card.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on June 17, 2026 and ends on June 26, 2026, or when fifty (50) eligible and verified video testimonial submissions have been received, whichever occurs first.

3. Eligibility

To participate, individuals must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be a current or former member of the United States Armed Forces.
  • Be a current or former Audien customer and user of an Audien hearing aid product.
  • Submit a qualifying video testimonial through Audien's designated testimonial platform during the Promotion Period.
  • Reside in the United States.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Audien and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. How to Participate

Eligible participants must submit a video testimonial through the link provided by Audien.

The testimonial must:

  • Be a video recording featuring the participant speaking on camera.
  • Describe the participant's personal experience using Audien hearing aids.
  • Reflect the participant's honest opinions and experiences.
  • Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Only the first fifty (50) eligible participants whose submissions are received and verified by Audien will qualify for the gift card.

5. Qualifying Testimonial Requirements

To qualify, the video testimonial must:

  • Be submitted through Audien's designated platform.
  • Include the participant speaking on camera.
  • Describe how Audien hearing aids have helped the participant.
  • Be the participant's original content.
  • Be truthful and based on actual experience.
  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Audien reserves the right to determine whether a submission meets these requirements.

6. Reward

Each qualifying participant will receive:

  • One (1) $50 gift card.
  • Gift card type and delivery method will be determined by Audien.
  • Limit one (1) reward per person and household.
  • The reward is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

7. Notification and Fulfillment

Qualified participants will be notified via the email address provided during submission. Gift cards will be distributed electronically or by another method selected by Audien within a reasonable period after eligibility verification.

Audien is not responsible for incorrect contact information, undeliverable emails, or technical issues that prevent delivery.

8. Testimonial Rights and Consent

By submitting a video testimonial, participants grant Audien and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use the participant's testimonial, name, image, likeness, voice, and statements for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and business purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation beyond the reward described in these Terms & Conditions.

Participants acknowledge that Audien may edit testimonials for length, clarity, or formatting while preserving the substance of the participant's statements.

Receipt of a gift card is provided in exchange for participation and testimonial rights, not for providing a positive review. Participants should provide only their honest opinions and experiences.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, deliver rewards, and manage testimonial content in accordance with Audien's Privacy Policy available at https://audienhearing.com/policies/privacy-policy.

10. General Conditions

Audien reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances impair the administration or integrity of the promotion.

Audien's decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and reward distribution are final.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Audien and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the promotion, submission of testimonial content, or receipt or use of the reward.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
